Marshmallow Magic Class Teens, Saturday, May 4th, 6:30-8:00

Make a batch of special SJ treats all using marshmallows! And who doesn't love Keith's pillowsoft marshmallows?

Teens will work as a team making a batch of marshmallow. (note: the younger class will not actually make marshmallow)

Then each participant will learn and make their collection of marshmallow treats. Treats will include: tuxedo marshmallows, s'mores cookie, chocolate chip marshmallow cookie, and chocolate medallions. And of course their will be plenty of trim ends to be packed up as well.

note to parents: Participants will be using kitchen knives and have the choice to use a kitchen blowtorch.

Recommended for ages 11 - 15. No parents need be present. Min class size: 2, Maximum: 8, $45/person paid in advance. Cancellation available up to 4 days prior.

Should this class fill up fast we will consider adding a second class.
