Marshmallow Magic Class: Kids, Friday, May 10th, 5:30-6:45

Make a batch of special SJ treats for Mother's Day: Chocolate covered marshmallows! And who doesn't love Keith's pillowsoft marshmallows?

Kids will learn the fundamentals of marshmallow making and then launch into choosing flavored marshmallows, cutting out shapes of flowers and butterflies, dipping them in their choice of colored chocolate, then decorating with icing sugar. They should be able to make and decorate 5 pieces and create their very own magical and colorful garden!

Recommended for ages 6 - 10. No parents need be present. Min class size: 2, Maximum: 8, $40/person paid in advance. Cancellation available up to 4 days prior.

We expect this class to fill up fast. If it does fill up quickly, we will consider adding a second class.
