Marshmallow Magic Class: Adults, Wednesday, May 8th, 6:30-8:30

Make a batch of special SJ treats all using marshmallows! And who doesn't love Keith's pillowsoft marshmallows?

Participants will work as a team making a batch of marshmallow and discussing how to vary to make a variety of flavors.

Then each participant will learn and make their collection of marshmallow treats. Some treats included are tuxedo marshmallows, s'mores cookies, chocolate medallions and Keith's special one-of-a-kind marshmallow rosebuds! One or two additional treats will be made depending on time. And of course their will be plenty of trim ends to be packed up as well.

Recommended for adults, or teens with adults. Min class size: 2, Maximum: 8, $70/person paid in advance. Cancellation available up to 4 days prior.
